Job Summary

We are seeking part-time Desktop Support temporary employees to assist with Windows 11 deployments across our organization. This role involves performing straightforward upgrade tasks by following a detailed, step-by-step guide. The process primarily requires initiating the upgrade, monitoring progress, and performing basic post-installation checks.

Essential Functions

• Follow a provided step-by-step deployment guide to upgrade Windows 10 computers to Windows 11.
• Initiate upgrade processes on multiple computers simultaneously.
• Monitor upgrades for successful completion and troubleshoot basic issues using provided documentation.
• Perform basic post-upgrade verification to ensure devices are operational.
• Communicate status updates to the project lead as requested.
• Handle equipment carefully and maintain professional conduct in office environments.

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or its equivalency (BA/BS Degree Preferred).
• 1-2 years' experience with Apple iOS and MacOS.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions precisely with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks across multiple devices.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized with strong attention to detail.
• Physically able to move between workstations within the deployment site.
• Prior desktop support or IT deployment experience is a plus but not required.

Pay Scale: $21.00 - $25.00

Bonus: This position is not eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
