About this role

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Work directly with the Product Owner to understand application and automation requirements and with technical co-workers to provide scalable and flexible designs and solutions

  • Design, develop, implement and maintain SharePoint Out of Box and Power Platform solutions to continually improve internal customer productivity

  • Plan and deliver work in sprints/iterations by following Scrum/Agile principles

  • Actively participate in SAFe Agile ceremonies, such as but not limited to: PI Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Retrospectives, System Demos.

  • Analyze and mitigate issues identified during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Go-Live phases.

  • Review objectives against actual outcomes and implement necessary fixes or enhancements based on UAT results.

  • Develop and seek approval for UAT plans (including data backup/migration, communication, and cut-offs) in close collaboration with the PO.

  • Work closely with the team of developers to troubleshoot complex issues, optimize performance, and enhance efficiency

  • Review and implement best practices within the team to maximize system/application potential

  • Research emerging technologies, automation platforms, and industry trends to improve knowledge and skills and identify opportunities for innovation

  • Partner with the PO to escalate project issues or limitations and to propose actionable improvements and/or workarounds that can be implemented either on the spot or be planned for the next PIs.

  • Document all technical deliverables as part of user manuals, technical specifications, best practices etc.

  • Follow Power Platform governance and ALM

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Minimum 4-year experience on applications development on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate.

  • Strong hands-on experience & expertise using Power Automate and PowerApps

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online Out of Box features like SharePoint List, Libraries, Workflows, Webparts, Content Types, Document Sets, Master Pages, Permissions Management


Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • Experience of working in SAFe, Scrum or Agile techniques for project planning & deliveries

    • Experience of working in ITIL model to resolve user queries within stipulated SLAs

    • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Azure, SharePoint Framework

    • Proactive individual contributor & team player

    • Effective analytical & problem-solving skills

    • Good to have experience in HTML5, CSS, Javascript, Asp.net, C#, jQuery

    • Knowledge of Angular, React & other JS technologies are added advantages

      Nice to have Certifications:

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate

    • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate
