TE Capital Partners is a Singapore headquartered real estate investment manager who offers and manages a comprehensive range of investment products on behalf of public listed corporations, securities companies, and family offices across the region. As of Q4 2024, TE Capital Partners and its subsidiaries manage more than S$3 billion in assets under management in mixed developments, commercial offices, and multifamily assets across Singapore, Japan, Australia, and the United States, via a range of investment vehicles, such as joint ventures, separate accounts, and closed-end funds, including its flagship Asia Opportunities series and Income Partners series.

•·Support and assist in the delivery of feasibility studies for development opportunities and acquisition due diligence·

•Assist in the management of development and construction documents and related specifications·

•Assist in the development of CAD drawings and 3D models (optional)

Qualifications

•Polytechnic or Undergraduate from a leading university with the following fields of study: Architecture, Engineering, Real Estate, Property Management, Project Management

•Basic knowledge of Autodesk AutoCAD (not compulsory), Microsoft Office Suite

•Willingness to learn on the job and adapt to tasks given

•Complete fluency in English

•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

•Self-starter who can work with low supervision and under pressure in a fast-paced environment

•Immediate Availability is preferred

•No part-time arrangement is available for this internship program

•Internship Period: 2 - 6 Months, Full Time Basis
