We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join an international team working on a cutting-edge Backstage.io Developer Portal initiative. This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance the developer experience across a global organization through modern cloud-native technologies and automation practices.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and improve integrations within the Backstage.io platform.
• Build and optimize cloud-native infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitOps methodologies.
• Collaborate with international development and platform engineering teams.
• Drive automation, scalability, reliability and operational excellence across the ecosystem.
• Contribute to improving developer productivity and platform adoption.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with Backstage.io
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes, particularly AWS EKS
• Experience with Terraform and ArgoCD
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, Docker and cloud-native environments
• Scripting skills in Python and/or Bash
• Experience working in Agile environments
• Fluent English
