This role is responsible for designing, automating, and delivering modern infrastructure and software deployment solutions using DevOps, CI/CD, containerization, cloud technologies, and DevSecOps practices.


This opportunity is open for both fresh graduates and experienced professionals who are passionate about DevOps, Infrastructure Automation, Cloud Platforms, and CI/CD technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, implement, and maintain DevOps infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Build and manage containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or similar platforms.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD automation using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, Ansible, or related tools.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
  • Design and implement monitoring, logging, and observability solutions using tools such as ELK Stack, Grafana, Prometheus, Fluentd, or Dynatrace.
  • Collaborate closely with development, infrastructure, operations, and security teams to improve system scalability, reliability, performance, and security.
  • Manage and maintain source code repositories and container image repositories (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, Harbor, Quay, Artifactory).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, deployment, and system-related issues.
  • Support DevSecOps practices and security integration within CI/CD pipelines.
  • Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.


Additional Responsibilities (Senior / Team Leader Level):

  • Lead DevOps and DevSecOps initiatives and infrastructure modernization projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and support technical skill development within the team.
  • Plan and manage team workloads, resource allocation, and project delivery timelines.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, documentation, and operational processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support presales activities to design solutions aligned with customer requirements.


Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Junior Level:
    • Fresh graduates are welcome.
    • Internship, academic, or project experience related to Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or Cloud technologies is preferred.
  • Senior / Team Leader Level:
    • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, DevSecOps, or related fields.
    • Experience leading DevOps initiatives or technical teams is preferred.


Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity or hands-on experience with:
    • Linux administration
    • Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, or container platforms
    • CI/CD tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton, Ansible, or Runbook automation
    • Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
    • Monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, Fluentd, or Dynatrace
    • Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Helm


Nice to Have:

  • Experience with messaging or streaming platforms such as Kafka, Confluent, or Red Hat AMQ.
  • Knowledge of DevSecOps concepts and security automation.
  • Experience with enterprise-scale infrastructure or cloud-native environments.


Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • Service-minded, proactive, and eager to learn new technologies.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.


Eligibility Requirements:

  • This position is open to candidates who are authorized to work in Thailand without visa sponsorship.
