Project management to improve production line yield/quality/cost/delivery through material/process/equipment optimization, even package design optimization.35%

Establishing robust process control system (FMEA, control plan, GR&R, SOP, visual aids/management, maverick lots) for new product and existed process.25%

Routine of engineer activities/project progress, enhance engineers PM or trouble shooting skills.20%

Provide the technology instructions and solutions on inner/external Type D, trouble shooting, including outsourcing products/process.15%

Work with EHS/related department to improve the health and safety of the working environment.5%
