Digital Account Executive

Alipes is a small, close-knit team comprised of creative, strategic, and technical minds. We bring a smart, imaginative, and modern approach to our clients and are looking for someone to complement our work. Our offices are located on the water in Boston’s North End, minutes away from mountains of fresh pasta and cannolis.

Alipes is looking for someone with a passion for all things digital who wants to learn everything there is to know about the integration of websites, video, mobile, and social media. We want someone who will dedicate him or herself to creating and executing the strategies that help our clients achieve their goals. You’ll work with our whole team to put together successful digital/social media strategies, creating awesome content, and managing online communities.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Write smart, creative social media and blog content for our clients.
• Manage social media engagement.
• Collaborate with the rest of our team to develop and execute strategies for digital campaigns.
• Identify, analyze, and reach out to digital influencers on behalf of clients.
• Monitor and understand emerging digital trends, and evaluate potential use for client campaigns.
• Use analytics tools to produce client reports and make data-driven decisions about digital engagement and strategy.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated hands-on experience leading or supporting content creation on multiple digital assets such as websites, blogs, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Passion and curiosity about digital and social
• Excellent writing skills (both public-facing and internal)
• Experience with social media analytics monitoring and tools

Would be nice:

• Experience with paid media campaigns and/or bulk email
• Experience with social influencer campaigns
