My client is not a conventional agency. They have experienced much success but not on account of following suit. Their culture is somewhat unique. There are processes but they are not always process driven. They regularly challenge & debate the traditional briefing approach with robust and passionate debates occurring regularly as well as ping-pong tournaments. We are looking for a bright Digital Account Manager; someone with at least 3 years experience and at least 1 year experience within an agency. You will be working with the Snr Account Managers and Directors to manage client relationships, liaising with them on expectations and deliverables. You will have a proven record in building and managing client relationships. Experience working with digital strategy and marketing is favourable.

Qualifications

• At least 12 months Marketing, Design or Advertising experience with digital projects
• Experience working in a digital production or agency environment
• Superb communication skills with an ability to deliver presentations with confidence, clarity and persuasiveness
• Exceptional client relationship skills
• Proven ability to thrive under pressure, effectively manage workflows and meet deadlines
• Understanding of creative and strategic processes with high attention to detail
• A sense of humour….ping pong skills a bonus
