We are seeking a skilled Smart Lock Installer/Technician to join our team. As a Smart Lock Installer/Technician, you will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining our smart lock products to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the Customer Service Team, Product Team, and Operations Team to provide top-notch service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Travel to customers’ homes to install and troubleshoot smart lock products.
- Provide product training to customers and test lock functionality after installation.
- Follow a daily schedule to complete installation tasks efficiently and on time.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Ensure that locks are installed or repaired to meet company standards and specifications.
- Document and report installation, repair, and maintenance activities accurately.
- Maintain and replenish equipment and spares for daily operation needs
- Upkeep of Company vehicle
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Company
Requirements
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Flexibility with full-time schedule, including shift assignments on weekends and evenings.
- Possession of a valid Class 3 driver’s license and access to an automobile.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical work, carpentry, or lock installations preferred.
- Willingness to fulfill urgent and ad-hoc appointments to ensure customer satisfaction.
