Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and talented Digital Marketing Lead - Performance to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute multi-platform performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels.
  • Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in both B2C and B2B markets using data-driven strategies.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance for maximum ROI, managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and leverage CRM/automation tools for retention.
  • Lead strategic development and mentorship, staying current with digital marketing trends and presenting insights to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of digital marketing experience with a strong focus on performance marketing.
  • Proven success in both corporate brand and e-commerce environments.
  • Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, GA4, SEO tools, and performance dashboards.
  • Data-driven and analytical, with a history of delivering high-ROI campaigns.
  • Strong communicator and collaborator, experienced in agile environments; portfolio or case studies preferred.
