Mision

The Sr Influencer marketing strategist will design and implement strategic roadmaps of different brands, for our client Lóreal, blending data, creativity, and consumer insights to meet campaign goals. This role bridges the gap between analytics and execution, ensuring each campaign is informed by data from inception and tailored to brand priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment and brings a full-funnel perspective to digital strategy.

Job Functions

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement multichannel strategies to meet diverse business and consumer needs.

  • Interpret consumer touchpoints and perspectives to create clear, actionable brand objectives.

  • Establish the most effective format and channel strategies for each campaign.

  • Provide comprehensive strategic guidance across divisions to ensure distinct brand approaches and identify synergies.

  • Collaboration & Integration: Act as a bridge between insights (data), creativity, and execution teams to ensure cohesive campaign planning.

  • Collaborate with account managers and promotion teams to align on brand priorities and campaign definitions.

  • Partner with other departments (Creativity, Data, Influencer Marketing) to create innovative proposals and elevate the strategic perspective for the Group.

  • Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data to inform campaign strategies, ensuring creativity and business decisions are rooted in insights.

  • Translate analytics into impactful strategies that achieve measurable results.

Requirements


Skills:

  • 6-8 overall years of experience

  • Experience as , Digital Planner, Strategist or in a similar role, preferably with experience managing high-profile accounts.

  • Strong ability to collaborate with data-driven and creative teams.

  • Exceptional communication skills for seamless teamwork and strategy alignment.

  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver outcomes.

  • Enthusiastic and passionate about digital marketing and the role data plays in driving strategy.

  • Effective team management and coordination skills.

  • Languages English and Romanian full working proficiency (written and verbal)
