Mission

Design, structure, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud to ensure accurate management of leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities, while supporting commercial and marketing operations through reliable data and efficient processes.

Job Functions

• Build and maintain the CRM data structure within Salesforce.

• Configure and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud based on business needs.

• Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance.

• Support integrations with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Create reports and dashboards to support decision-making.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and workflow automation.

• Provide support and recommendations to commercial and marketing teams.

Requirements

Skills Requirements

• 3+ years of experience working with CRM platforms.

• 1–2 years of hands-on Salesforce experience, preferably Sales Cloud.

• Experience managing leads, contacts, accounts, and opportunities.

• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud integrations is a plus.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
