Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Digital Product Specialist to join our innovative digital team.

You will play a key role in optimizing digital product offerings and enhancing the customer experience through data-driven strategies and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

*   Verify and validate healthcare professionals (HCPs) to ensure platform credibility.
*   Maintain high accuracy and quality of user data through regular checks and updates.
*   Communicate with users, including doctors, to confirm and complete required information.
*   Manage user inquiries across Medsulto and digital channels in a timely manner.
*   Resolve user issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and supportive approach.
*   Track platform usage, growth, and engagement metrics and generate reports.
*   Utilize digital and AI tools to enhance workflows, support engagement activities, and improve overall efficiency.

Requirements

*   0–1 year of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
*   Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English
*   Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report data
*   High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy
*   Digitally savvy with familiarity in online tools (AI knowledge is a plus)
*   Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability
*   Eagerness to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
