Responsibilities

• Monitor online content and user interactions to identify possible safety risks and violations of safety policies.
• Conduct detailed investigations into reported incidents and manage resolutions appropriately.
• Assist users by providing clear instructions on safety protocols and reporting processes.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance user protection strategies and safety measures.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and changes in digital safety regulations to adapt policies as necessary.
• Facilitate training sessions to educate users on best practices related to digital safety.
• Prepare and analyze reports on incidents and emerging safety trends to guide strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in digital trust and safety, content moderation, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of online safety challenges, policies, and best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail in evaluating reports and incidents.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively support users and team members.
• Proficiency in digital moderation tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
