Bloom Consulting is seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Service Professional (DSP) to join our team in Kingwood, TX. This full-time position plays a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they work toward greater independence and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in developing life and vocational skills

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Must pass background and reference checks
