Schedule: Multiple shifts available

Wage: $15.75/hour with a $1,500 retention bonus

What You Get To Do:

A Direct Support Professional (DSP) caregiver provides direct support, positive direction, instruction, and assistance to individuals with mental, intellectual & developmental, and physical disabilities.  The ultimate goal is to empower individuals with disabilities to live as independently and comfortably as possible while maintaining their dignity and respect.

• Support safety, dignity, independence, and personal growth.
• Assist with daily living, mobility, hygiene, housekeeping, and laundry.
• Provide encouragement and complete required documentation.

Qualifications

What Makes You A Great Fit: 

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license and ability to transport people served; some roles require a personal vehicle and insurance
• Dependable, compassionate, adaptable, and team-oriented
• Basic communication, computer, and documentation skills
• Ability to pass required background clearance
