Here at HealthEast the Clinical Director is a RN with an extensive nursing leadership experience. They provide leadership to an interdependent team to ensure the delivery of outcome-focused care in a cost effective and efficient manner, through the planning and management of resources, relationships and clinical data.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited School of Nursing required

Masters degree in nursing or related field preferred. Must be enrolled in a Master's program within 18 months of hire

RN-MN License required thru MN Board of Nursing

4 to 6 years of nursing experience

2 to 3 years of progressive leadership experience (i.e. charge nurse, preceptor, project/committee management) preferred.

Operational management experience preferred
