Director, Experience Design Leader

We are looking for a Senior Experience Design leader to shape and scale our global Experience Design capability, with mobile app experiences as a key strategic driver within a broader ecosystem. This is a role at the intersection of strategy, design, and technology, helping millions of people experience our products and services every day.

What you will do

• Co-own and evolve the global Experience Design vision and standards as part of the Global Experience Design Leadership Team

• Build and lead a high-performing design team in Hyderabad, scaling the team further

• Set direction for Experience Design across platforms, journeys, and products, ensuring strong integration of app, web, and service experiences

• Elevate the quality of our mobile app experiences as a core channel while ensuring alignment with the broader ecosystem

• Embed product-led, data-driven Experience Design and build the systems, governance, and teams needed to scale it globally

• Drive journey, service, and ecosystem design thinking, connecting customer needs with business and technology, and use emerging technologies to improve experiences and drive measurable impact

What you bring

• 10+ years of experience in Experience Design or a related field

• Proven track record leading Experience Design at scale in global, corporate, product-led environments; with leadership experience in senior design roles advantageous

• Strong experience across mobile apps, digital platforms, and service ecosystems

• Ability to connect customer insight, business strategy, and technology

• Experience building and leading high-performing design teams and cultures

• A passion for craft, leadership, and meaningful user impact
