About this role
About Knox
Knox runs the largest Federal & DoW managed cloud, building and operating secure cloud and AI environments that support the U.S. government’s most critical missions — from national security and public safety to essential public services. Our customers rely on Knox to deploy production systems that meet the highest standards for security, reliability, and compliance.
Work at Knox is high-impact and purpose-driven. The problems we solve are high-stakes, the expectations are high, and the results are visible. Speed, rigor, and trust matter here - because the environments we secure cannot fail. Your contributions are visible, your expertise is relied upon, and the impact of your work is immediate and measurable. We operate at federal scale, securing some of the most sensitive government environments in the country - because the systems we build must perform without fail.
The Director of Growth Marketing owns Knox's digital demand engine - driving awareness, interest, and pipeline generation across the full customer journey. You will set demand and ABM strategy while staying hands-on in execution, especially early on. Your primary mandate is building a measurable, sales-aligned pipeline. Leads are an input, not the end goal. You'll work closely with Sales, Content, Product, Solutions, Finance, and Revenue Operations to keep marketing tightly aligned to pipeline outcomes and business priorities.

Website & SEO
● Own the Knox website as a core demand and conversion engine - keeping it continuously updated, optimized, and aligned with digital campaigns
● Partner with Content on SEO and AEO strategy while owning technical, operational, and performance aspects that drive discoverability and conversion
Forecasting & Planning
● Define data-driven demand and pipeline plans using top-down targets and bottom-up forecasting in close partnership with Sales and Finance
● Build repeatable playbooks across digital demand, ABM, and ops to support scale
Required Qualifications
● 7+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS or complex, technical products
● Proven track record generating sales-aligned pipeline through digital demand and ABM programs

● Demonstrated ability to build data-driven targets, develop forecasts, and optimize based on results
