- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement aviation aftermarket sales plans that support company objectives and revenue growth.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Identify market opportunities and industry trends to expand sales and strengthen market position.

- Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.

- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including airlines, MRO providers, and business jet operators.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Eight to ten years of experience in market or customer facing roles, including three to five years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the aviation industry, specifically selling to the business aviation market.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic and critical thinker with strong execution skills.
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
- Knowledge of the aviation industry and aftermarket products and services.
- Proficiency with CRM software, including Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% for client meetings and industry events, including international travel.

Preferred Qualifications
Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
