Director of Environmental Health and Safety

ATI has a current need for a full-time Director of Environmental Health and Safety.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties may include, but not be limited to, the following:

• Report to the president and oversee PMs to ensure they are following through with current contracts requirements.
• Interact with PM to verify reporting and billing/invoicing are produced promptly and sent to CIH for review/approval.
• Bid and win contracts of significant value to ATI’s IH Division.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 7 years with Industrial Hygiene/Safety programs.
• Knowledgeable in technical aspects required for potential IH contracts.
• Attention to details of contracting, reporting, proposal writing, formatting.
• Familiar with cost estimating so as to ensure the division is profitable.
• Candidates must hold a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) Certification
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain clearance; Candidate must be able to work independently in a secure or sensitive environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay Range: $140,000 - $170,000/year depending on experience

Location: Columbia, MD

Working Hours: Normal Work Hours – Monday – Friday (anticipate 40 per week).
