Director of Installation Operations

We're looking for a Director of Installation Operations to lead the backend operating team responsible for pushing

projects from Install Initiated through Complete. You'll lead approximately 20 Project Coordinators and the Field Service

Operations Managers who keep jobs moving, solve problems, and coordinate closely with our field organization.

What You'll Own

• Lead and develop the Project Coordinator organization and Field Service Operations Managers.

• Own installation-to-completion throughput, cycle time, aging projects, escalations, and operational accountability.

• Drive projects through installation, inspection, service, corrective work, and final completion.

• Partner extremely closely with Field Operations to align project priorities with crew capacity and field resources.

• Build strong managers, clear operating rhythms, and a culture of urgency, ownership, and responsiveness.

• Identify bottlenecks, improve handoffs, reduce repeat visits, and continuously improve installation and service

workflows.

• Use operational data to improve project velocity, team productivity, customer experience, and scalability.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a high-energy operations leader who can lead through managers, handle significant project volume,

and keep teams focused on outcomes. You should be excellent at people leadership, accountability, problem solving, and

cross-functional execution. Experience in solar, home services, construction, telecom, logistics, utilities, field services, or

another high-volume operating environment is valuable.

What Success Looks Like

You'll create an installation operation that moves quickly and predictably — fewer aging jobs, faster issue resolution,

stronger Project Coordinators and managers, better coordination with the field, and increasing throughput as Dynamic

scales.
