Position Overview

We're looking for a strategic, highly organized, and execution-focused Director of Marketing to lead the day-to-day execution of our marketing initiatives while transforming strategy into measurable business results.

This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for marketing operations, campaign execution, CRM management, sales enablement, reporting, and team leadership. You'll partner closely with the VP of Revenue and our Fractional CMO to bring marketing strategies to life while ensuring projects stay on schedule and deliver measurable impact.

You'll also lead our Content Marketing Specialist and Events Specialist, creating clear priorities, accountability, and scalable processes that support continued company growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Execution
• Translate strategic marketing initiatives into quarterly and annual execution plans.
• Own and maintain the integrated marketing calendar across campaigns, content, events,
sales initiatives, and corporate communications.
• Coordinate timelines, priorities, and deliverables across internal teams and external
partners.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure marketing initiatives align with company
goals.
• Drive projects from concept through execution while maintaining accountability for
results.

Campaign Management
• Plan, execute, and optimize integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Develop targeted campaigns by industry, geography, service offering, and ideal customer
profile.
• Create campaign briefs that align messaging, audience, content, sales activity, and
performance metrics.
• Coordinate creative assets with internal marketing staff and external partners.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and sales
feedback.

Sales Enablement
• Partner closely with sales leadership to identify customer challenges, opportunities, and
messaging needs.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of sales collateral including case studies, onepagers, presentations, email campaigns, and digital resources.
• Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives and multi-touch outreach campaigns.
• Ensure marketing resources are organized, accessible, and consistently updated.

Marketing Operations
• Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub.
• Manage integrations with ZoomInfo and other marketing technologies.
• Maintain CRM data integrity, segmentation, automation workflows, lead scoring, and
lifecycle management.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI tools, to improve efficiency and campaign
performance.
• Continuously improve marketing processes through automation and operational best
practices.

Analytics & Reporting
• Develop executive dashboards that connect marketing activities to pipeline growth and
revenue.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead generation, attribution, conversion metrics, and
ROI.
• Present actionable insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Identify opportunities for optimization through data-driven decision making.

Vendor & Partner Management
• Manage relationships with agencies, software vendors, and strategic marketing partners.
• Establish clear expectations, budgets, timelines, and performance standards.
• Foster collaborative partnerships that support long-term business growth.

Team Leadership
• Lead and develop the Content Marketing Specialist and Events Specialist.
• Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and professional development
opportunities.
• Build repeatable marketing processes, documentation, and playbooks.
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performing marketing culture.

Travel
• Occasional travel, including quarterly meetings, conferences, and company events.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or
equivalent experience).
• Five or more years of B2B marketing experience, preferably within professional services
or technology.
• Proven success managing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub or comparable marketing automation
platforms.
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supporting sales organizations through marketing strategy and sales
enablement.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies to improve productivity and
decision-making.
Preferred
• Experience within Managed IT Services, telecommunications, SaaS, cybersecurity, or
related technology industries.
• Experience working in an EOS® organization.
• Familiarity with ZoomInfo and ABM strategies.
• Experience supporting multi-location organizations or acquisitions
