Director of Medical Staff Services & Risk Management:

• Oversees medical staff support operations, peer review, infection prevention, risk management, clinical documentation and Captive insurance company. Public Safety is currently under this person's direction, but this may be changing.
• Masters Degree in a health care related field required
• Must have at least five years of recent health care experience at the director-level
• Highly visible, key organizational role; works daily with physicians and not always in the best of situations (peer reviews, behavioral standards, etc.)
• Relocation assistance offered
• Eligible for up to 9% annual bonus payout of base pay
• 22 employees in MSS/Risk Management; includes 5 direct reports (1 manager and 4 coordinators); 38 employees in Public Safety, includes 4 direct reports (1 manager and 3 coordinators)

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in a health care related field required
• Must have at least five years of recent health care experience at the director-level
