In This Role, You Will

- Assist with clinic workflow, patient flow, and care coordination
- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and other providers
- Help maintain high standards for clinical service and compliance
Requirements
- Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in Virginia or eligibility to obtain one
- Outpatient physical therapy experience required
- Previous director, manager, or lead clinician experience preferred
- Strong understanding of clinical documentation and outpatient rehab standards
- Ability to lead people, manage priorities, and maintain care quality
