Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive scouting strategy to identify high-potential players at local, national, and international levels.
- Conduct detailed assessments of prospective players, analyzing technical, tactical, physical, and psychological attributes.
- Build and maintain a network of scouts, agents, and football professionals to gather intelligence on emerging talent.
- Integrate advanced analytics and performance data to inform scouting decisions and player comparisons.
- Work closely with the Sporting Director and coaching staff to align scouting priorities with the club's strategic goals.
- Provide detailed scouting reports, player rankings, and video analyses to support recruitment decisions.
- Ensure all scouting activities adhere to league regulations and club policies.
- Build and maintain an up-to-date scouting database.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a scouting or player recruitment role, preferably within a professional soccer environment.
- Strong knowledge of global soccer markets and talent pipelines.
- Proficiency with scouting software and performance analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail with good planning skills.
- Self-starter, confident, positive and proactive.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, always-on environment.
- Ability to travel extensively and work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Have advanced knowledge in USA soccer landscape (MLSNP, USL, College soccer and MLSNEXT)

- Coaching licenses or relevant soccer certifications.
- Experience in building and managing scouting teams.
