We’re looking for a strong, hands-on leader to take ownership of our Ericsson account. The role is high-stakes: projects need direction, and the team needs leadership.

You will:

• Lead all Ericsson projects, driving delivery and client satisfaction
• Turn around project management practices and rebuild team performance
• Be the key point of contact with Ericsson leadership

We need someone who:

• Has led large, complex projects (telecom experience a plus)
• Thrives in challenging, turnaround-focused environments
• Can motivate teams and build trust with clients
