Accountabilities

  • Own the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and performance of targeted acquisition programs and AI-enabled prospecting initiatives.
  • Lead the development, launch, and scaling of acquisition programs from pilot phases into repeatable, organization-wide capabilities.
  • Partner with technology teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to enhance digital prospecting tools, prioritize product improvements, and drive adoption.
  • Identify, segment, and prioritize high-value target audiences using customer data, market insights, sales intelligence, and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Design, execute, and optimize highly targeted acquisition campaigns with clear objectives, performance metrics, and continuous testing frameworks.
  • Develop and refine messaging across email, LinkedIn, landing pages, and additional digital channels while leveraging AI tools to accelerate personalization and content optimization.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, revenue operations, and specialty teams to align acquisition strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Manage contractors responsible for campaign execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, process consistency, and operational excellence.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pipeline generation, and conversion metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Build scalable documentation, playbooks, workflows, and enablement programs that strengthen organizational capabilities and support long-term growth.
  • Requirements

    • 5–8 years of experience in management consulting, growth strategy, product management, commercialization, business operations, acquisition marketing, growth marketing, or related fields.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution with measurable business impact.
    • Proven experience building, launching, and scaling products, programs, or growth initiatives in fast-paced environments.
    • Strong background in highly targeted, account-based, one-to-one, or sales-aligned digital marketing strategies.
    • Experience leveraging AI-powered tools, automation, or agent-based workflows to improve business processes, marketing performance, or operational efficiency.
    • Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills with a proactive, execution-oriented mindset.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional alignment.
    • Experience managing external vendors or contractor teams is preferred.
    • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution while maintaining a strong focus on measurable business outcomes.
