Your Mission & Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop the Central Dispatch team.
- Manage daily dispatch operations across multiple plants.
- Coordinate with Plant Managers, Drivers, Sales, and Operations to ensure on-time deliveries.
- Monitor schedules, fleet utilization, and customer service performance.
- Resolve customer concerns and operational issues quickly and professionally.
- Track key performance metrics and implement process improvements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards.
- Support staffing, training, scheduling, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What Sets You Apart
- Leadership experience in dispatch, logistics, transportation, construction materials, or related operations.
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and team development.
- Ready-mix concrete or fleet management experience is preferred but not required.
- Must successfully complete SRM's pre-employment screenings.
