Job Description:

• Coordinate with Transport Planner for loading / offloading schedules.
• Receive the loading slip (pick ticket) and coordinate with forklift operators to arrange all the
• items as per the dispatch document and dispatching schedules.
• Check all the item codes and quantity of the products arranged for loading, tally with
• dispatching document and coordinate with forklift operators for any wrong product picked.
• Supervise the labourers for loading and arranging the items on the trailers.
• Re-check if all the quantities are properly loaded, arranged and right quantities after loading.
• Ensure the trailers are covered with proper tarpaulins.
• Coordinate with Transport Planner after loading and give the loading slip for preparing the
• needful shipping documents.
• Ensure that the materials are picked, arranged, checked, loaded and dispatched on the given
• stipulated time frame.
• Responsible to check all the in-coming goods to the warehouse and tally with the receiving
• documents
• Responsible to arrange the in-coming goods by coordinating with the Forklift operators.
• Coordinate and arrange space for in-coming products
• Coordinate with Warehouse Supervisor for any new products.
• Ensure high level safety standards are maintained during loading / offloading the trailers.
• Assist the team for efficiently conducting the cycle counts and Annual Inventory.
• Before loading, ensure that the trailers / Containers are free from any contamination of Odour,
• sharp penetration, cracks, leakages, so that the products are fully hygienic.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary Schooling qualification;
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and Arabic;
• Structured and well organised.

Experiences:

• Operational experience in warehouse and distribution environment;
• Experience as Dispatcher in FMCG companies
