Dispatcher

We are looking for a Dispatcher who's role is to ensure that products are well packed and stored on pallets with correct labelling, ensuring that product arrives to the customer in a good condition.

Responsibilities:

• Collect finished goods or any other goods released for export from their specific area.
• Prepare all goods being dispatched with the necessary preparations which includes ensuring the right quantity as per label affixed on carton, seal cartons, place cartons on pallets as per Shipping Instructions and wrap in shrink wrap.
• Load goods for export as per loading list.
• Operate required machinery such as palletizer and fork lifter.
• Perform all duties in a safe and proper manner and keep place of work clean and tidy at all times.
• Any other duties assigned by management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Valid Maltese Driving License B and C1
• Minimum one years’ experience in a similar post
• Able to operate fork-lift and palletizer
• English literate and has basic mathematics knowledge
• Good command of Microsoft Office programs
