Immediate need for a dispatcher/administrative assistant with construction background

Job Store is a local woman-owned service that specializes in identifying and recruiting highly qualified administrative, customer service, and accounting professionals at all levels and skills. Job Store is responsive, thorough, ethical and customer service driven serving both small and fortune 500 clients since 1973. We currently have a temporary to hire opening for a Dispatcher for our client, in the construction industry, located in Denver.

Duties:

• Responsible for assisting dispatching & scheduling 16+ trucks
• Billing, invoicing, servicing tickets
• Tracking employee hours & payroll
• Preparing & tracking proposals
• Answering & directing phone calls
• Working with subcontractors and paperwork involved with them
• Handling customer inquiries and scheduling
• General office work

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Dispatching & Administrative experience in a construction field
• Proficient in MS Office Suite
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Strong math skills
• Knowledge of the City of Denver and surrounding areas
• Clean driving record and okay with background check and drug screen
