Display Team Member (Travel-Intensive)

Job Overview

Under the guidance of the New Store Display Team Leader, execute merchandising tasks for new stores efficiently and to a high standard, strictly adhering to established plans and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

1. Accurately assemble shelving units, position display props, and stock/replenish merchandise in accordance with merchandising standards.
2. Properly affix price tags and install promotional materials (POP), ensuring displays are neat, well-stocked, and informationally accurate.
3. Use work tools safely and correctly; implement on-site 5S management (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to keep the work area tidy and organized.
4. Proactively conduct self-inspections of work quality, collaborate effectively with colleagues, and promptly report any issues.
5. Assist and cooperate with other departments on tasks requiring cross-functional collaboration.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
7. Extensive travel is required for this position. The selected candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently between multiple store locations, including overnight travel. Regular travel is an essential part of the role and should be expected as part of the normal work schedule.

Basic Qualifications

Education Level: High School
Competencies: Strong execution and teamwork skills

No prior experience necessary
Chinese language proficiency is preferred, but not required

Pay and Compensation

1. $23 Per Hour
