Distribution Specialist DCO (m/w/d)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing shipments including creating all necessary documents and any customs clearances that may be required.

• Selecting appropriate transport routes to achieve on-time and cost-optimised delivery.

• Dealing with queries from customers, sales and materials planning.

• Continuously monitoring the transport companies with regard to deadlines, costs and delivery quality.

• Freight invoice auditing.

• Maintaining continuous contact with transport companies to achieve a high level of responsiveness.

• Inspecting and maintaining storage-relevant and shipping-relevant master data in SAP to guarantee frictionless processing.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung (z.B. Industrie- oder Speditionskauffrau/-mann) sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Export und Außenwirtschaft

• Gegebenenfalls adäquate Weiterbildungen

• Gute Kenntnisse in SAP ERP / EWM und spezifischen Exportsoftware-Lösungen

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

• Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, hohe Verantwortungsbereitschaft, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Team- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit

• Problemlösungskompetenz und offen für neue Themenfelder in der Distribution
