District Geologist

District Geologist adopt discovery-oriented mentality to leads teams and programs toward discoveries and exceptional acquisitions. Implement efficient exploration programs and evaluate proposed projects. Formulate short and intermediate term business plans; ensuring alignment with the organization's overall strategy. District Geologist is reponsible from exploration activities over a significant district to continuity of works required

Requirements

ꞏRange of exploration terrains or belts (at least 2 ) and significant knowledge of at least 2 commodities, understanding a further 2 or significant depth of knowledge in single commodity or exploration process
ꞏAt least 2 or 3 major classes of mineralization
ꞏFull range of exploration methods and processes known, chooses the most effective
ꞏBudgeting and finance skills
ꞏKnowledge of several deposits from extensive field visits or minesite secondments
ꞏDeduces three-dimensional geology from geophysical and geochemical information
ꞏVisualizes describes and defends 3D geological ore body models for most target commodities
ꞏReadily recognizes the unusual
