District Manager - Stores

Dolls Kill is hiring a District Manager to lead our retail stores. You'll run operations and drive results in our current stores, and you'll lead the expansion of the store fleet into new locations.

What you'll do

• Own store performance against plan: sales, conversion, average order value (AOV), labor, shrink, and four-wall contribution.
• Set operating plans and targets for each store, and give store leaders the processes, reporting, and coaching they need to beat them.
• Lead hiring, training, and development of store leadership teams.
• Manage inventory, replenishment, and sales forecasting with merchandising and planning.
• Study how layout, assortment, visual merchandising, and customer experience affect results, then push changes and feed what you learn into retail strategy.
• Find and act on ways to grow revenue, improve processes, and cut costs.
• Track customer feedback and make improvements to the shopping experience.
• Plan and run in-store events and promotions with marketing and creative to build traffic and engagement.
• Run regular store audits for brand standards, operating procedures, and loss prevention.
• Oversee facilities and maintenance across all stores.

What you bring

• 5+ years of retail management experience, including multi-unit leadership and a track record of growing sales and profit.
• A proven ability to build, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
• A data-driven approach, comfortable with store P&Ls, KPIs, and forecasting.
• Strong working knowledge of inventory management, merchandising, and retail POS systems.
• A passion for the Dolls Kill brand and customer.
• Ability to travel about 60% of the time and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field preferred.
