About this role
Provide for the growth and profit of Lift Power, Inc. by contacting existing and potential customers to promote sales of Dock & Door equipment. Develop sales for specified products within the assigned territory. Handle customer concerns and complaints.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Call on potential customers to develop new business for Dock & Door
- Respond to all inquiries from users, contractors, and suppliers
- Follow up leads and submit quotes & bids in a timely manner
- Visit contractor’s jobsites and meet with job superintendents and project managers
- This includes attending the weekly subcontractor meetings (while you can attend either in person or virtually, we would expect most to be in person)
- The job superintendents have an important voice in how we performed which affect who gets the next job

- This will require training both from Department Manager as well as attending factory sales schools
- Organize proposal data for review with D&D support staff
- Accept new duties and responsibilities when they are assigned.
- Input and maintain all new opportunities, quotes, and activity in CRM
- Maintain a high degree of communication about customer proposals with the sales support staff
- Maintain positive communication with company managers.
- Present a professional image in personal appearance and dress
- Conduct all business relationships in accordance with Lift Power’s policies and procedures
