• Strong background in mass grading, cuts/fills, and site balancing
• Ability to read grade stakes, follow site plans, and work with survey/layout teams
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in all weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Job Duties
• Perform mass grading, fine grading, and site prep
• Operate dozers accurately with GPS or traditional grade stakes
• Work closely with site supervisors and grading crews
• Maintain equipment and report mechanical issues
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
