Your New Role

• Perform drain cleaning and sewer line maintenance and repair services

• Diagnose drain and sewer system issues using industry-standard equipment

• Operate electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetters, and sewer inspection cameras safely and effectively

• Explain findings and recommended solutions clearly to customers

• Complete service documentation accurately and on time

• Maintain company equipment and follow all safety procedures

• Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including weekend emergency service as assigned

• Provide drain cleaning and sewer services for residential and commercial customers throughout Woodland and the surrounding area.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional drain cleaning or plumbing experience

• Experience using electric drain cleaning machines, hydro jetting equipment, and sewer inspection cameras

• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills

• Good communication and customer service abilities

• Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

• Ability to perform physically demanding work, including working in confined spaces when required

• Availability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule and work overtime when needed

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Experience with CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) methods is a plus
