• About the Role:
  • Deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering acting techniques, script analysis, theatre history, and stagecraft.
  • Develop and implement stimulating lesson plans that encourage improvisation, role-play, and collaborative performance.
  • Assess student progress through practical performances, written work, and presentations, providing constructive feedback.
  • Direct and produce school plays and theatrical performances.
  • Contribute to the organization of drama clubs and extracurricular activities.
• Ideal Candidate:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Drama or a related field.
  • A strong knowledge of dramatic techniques, theatre history, and play texts.
  • Experience in directing and producing theatre performances.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • A passion for inspiring girls through drama and fostering their creativity.
