What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain accurate driver logs.
• Deliver products on time while providing excellent customer service.
• Monitor concrete consistency and assist with safe unloading procedures.
• Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies to support efficient operations.
  

What Are We Looking For

• Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record.
• Demonstrated ability to operate commercial vehicles safely and responsibly.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer service.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with customers and team members.
• Capability to perform job duties in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
  

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
  

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
  

What We Offer

• $27.50 to $29.50 per hour.
