Job Overview

The primary responsibility of a Driver is to transport employees and/or clients safely and on time. They are also responsible for inspection, cleaning and light maintenance of Company vehicles. They may also be asked to perform errands and tasks on behalf of the company. They must be available to meet the schedule needs of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties

• 
  Safely transport our employees and guests driving company vehicles—Buses, Vans, cars, etc.
  
• 
  Service, clean, inspect vehicles daily using daily checklist
  
• 
  Ensure vehicles are properly licensed and insured, reporting any issues to Transportation Manager
  
• 
  Ensure employees are charged-- if required-- for transportation 
  
• 
  Alert Manger of any safety or maintenance issues
  
• 
  Perform scheduled and other light maintenance of company vehicles
  

Required Knowledge and Skills

• 
  Prior experience as a driver is required.
  
• 
  Light maintenance and safety inspections.
  

Evaluation of Performance

The Driver will know they are successful when TBPO can provide clean, safe, and reliable transportation for our employees and guests.

Reporting Structure

• 
  Direct Manager: Transportation Manager, Transportation/Facilities Manager

Education/Experience

Must have proper licensing and approved Driver’s Record. 2+ years’ experience operating appropriate vehicles (Bus, Van, Etc) as a driver.
