What you'll do

  • Liaising with drivers and clients to ensure that deliveries are out and track shipment according to clients’ requirements
  • Partner with driver operations team to coordinate on logistics personnel(e.g. truck drivers) according to availabilities and requirements for projects
  • Prepare EOD report and invoices when required for client and local team
  • Arrange same-day deliveries for events and projects
  • Attend to clients' request and assist with claims for additional charges
  • Assist with sorting and packing whenever necessary
  • What we seek

  • Proficient in MS Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with G-Suite
  • Attention to detail and ability to resolve customer issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 5-day work week, must be able to commit 1 weekend
  • Must be able to commit to Evening Shift (1pm - 10pm)
  • High potential for conversion during contract term based on good performance and company requirements
