York Factory Direct is currently seeking reliable and motivated professionals for its fast-paced Pompano Beach.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team in Pompano Beach, Florida. In this role, you will be responsible warehouse operations and executing timely deliveries while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism. You will play a key part in ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on schedule, while keeping our warehouse organized and efficient.

• Operate company vehicles safely and professionally to deliver products to customers while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies
• Load, unload, and organize merchandise in the warehouse using proper lifting techniques and safety protocols
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and deliveries using warehouse management systems
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues or damage immediately
• Organize and arrange warehouse stock to optimize space and ensure easy accessibility
• Verify shipment accuracy and documentation before dispatch to ensure customer satisfaction
• Communicate effectively with customers during deliveries and handle inquiries professionally
• Follow all safety regulations and company procedures to maintain a secure work environment
• Assist with receiving and processing incoming shipments and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse facilities and work areas

## Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a driver, warehouse associate, or in a similar logistics role
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer literacy
• Knowledge of safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Reliability and punctuality

**Preferred Qualifications:**

• Commercial Driver's License (CDL) certification
• Forklift or other material handling equipment certification
• Previous experience with inventory management systems
• Customer service or delivery experience
• Excellent driving record with no major violations
