Drupal Tech Lead
- Lead Drupal backend development for scalable, secure enterprise digital applications.
- Design and develop custom modules, services, plugins, hooks, event subscribers, and API integrations.
- Define technical solutions for business logic, content workflows, and data structures.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical discussions, and production troubleshooting.
- Integrate Drupal applications with external systems, APIs, and enterprise data sources.
- Diagnose and resolve backend, configuration, data, caching, and platform issues.
- Partner with frontend engineers to support rendering requirements and resolve cross-stack issues.
Qualifications
- Strong experience as a Backend Engineer or Tech Lead, with hands-on expertise in Drupal development.
- 6+ years of professional experience in software or web application development, including 3+ years in Drupal backend development.
- In-depth knowledge of PHP and Drupal architecture, including entities, fields, forms, routing, dependency injection, and configuration management.
- Hands-on experience with Drupal 10 or 11.
- Familiarity with tools such as Drush, Composer, Docker, or DDEV.
