In this role, you’ll wear two hats: one as a content moderator, keeping our community guidelines in check, and the other as a friendly customer service agent, providing support to our Dutch-speaking customers. You will get to engage with our wonderful users, helping to create a positive online experience while having some fun in the beautiful Maltese sun!
Your Responsibilities
- Monitor and review user-generated content to ensure it meets our community standards.
- Provide awesome customer support via chat, email, and phone to our lovely Dutch-speaking clients.
- Be the go-to person for resolving customer inquiries and issues with a smile.
- Team up with your colleagues to refine our moderation processes and improve user experiences.
- Keep an accurate record of customer interactions and moderation tasks.
- Share your insights to help enhance our services and user satisfaction.
- Stay updated on best practices in content moderation and customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and a strong command of English; any additional languages are a bonus!
- Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus.
- A keen eye for detail and a knack for analyzing content.
- Great communication skills and a friendly attitude.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and think on your feet in a busy environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and moderation software is beneficial.
