Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking users through various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media platforms.
• Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general platform functionality.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide guidance on best practices and platform features to enhance user experience.
• Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to report user feedback and escalate complex issues.
• Stay informed of industry trends and changes to better assist users and provide relevant information.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the tech or social media sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
