At Cy-Fair Animal Hospital at Addison, we focus on making pets and their families feel welcome and well cared for. As part of The Pet Yards, our clinic offers a friendly environment and modern equipment for all our patients. Our team is experienced in treating dogs, cats, exotic pets, and large animals, providing personalized, knowledgeable care for every species. Whether you need routine checkups or specialized support, we’re here to help your animals thrive.

Our hospital is equipped with in-house laboratory diagnostics, digital radiology for detailed imaging, and ultrasound capabilities for advanced internal exams. We have a modern surgical suite with up-to-date monitoring equipment, dental equipment with radiographs for thorough oral care, and even oxygen therapy for pets who need extra support.

We truly believe in teamwork—no one’s left on their own here. There’s always someone willing to pitch in, whether you need help with a case or it’s time to celebrate a birthday. • 1st through 4th Year Veterinary Students
• Compassionate, Team Player, and Strong Communicator 
• Veterinary students looking to enhance their education through real-world experiences

• This Externship is paid at $15 per hour

Qualifications

• Must be an Active Veterinary Student from an AVMA Accredited Institution.
