At Los Caballos Veterinary Clinic we provide high-quality care in a practical, clean environment for large animals and small animals. Since our founding in 1973, Los Caballos Veterinary Clinic has continued to grow and expand our services throughout San Angelo and surrounding areas.

We provide the best veterinary care through the use of modern technology in diagnostics, medical therapies, surgical procedures, and preventative health care.

Position Purpose

Come extern with us!Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.

Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.

Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.

Requirements/Qualifications

Eligibility

Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School

Must be able to provide student PLIT
