We are looking for a Dynamics CRM & Power Apps Developer to join a long-term strategic project. You will play a key role in supporting and enhancing existing Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Dynamics 365 CRM (Customer Insights), while also contributing to the design and development of new applications. Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance existing Power Apps solutions and Dynamics 365 Customer Insights implementations
- Develop new functionality and applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
Customize and configure Dynamics 365 applications to meet evolving business and regulatory requirements - Build and optimize workflows, automations, and integrations using Power Automate
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and developers to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Participate in the full application lifecycle, from analysis and design to deployment and ongoing support
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues within existing solutions, ensuring stability and performance
Integrate Power Platform and Dynamics 365 solutions with internal and external systems - Ensure solution quality, security, scalability, and compliance with banking industry standards
- Contribute to technical documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Leverage AI technologies to enhance customer engagement, automation, data insights, and operational efficiency across the platform
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience developing and supporting solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or Microsoft Power Platform
- Relevant Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
- Experience supporting and enhancing existing enterprise applications
- Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
- Experience integrating Microsoft platform solutions with external systems and APIs
- Knowledge of C#, JavaScript, .NET, or related technologies within the Microsoft ecosystem
- Understanding of software development best practices, testing, and deployment processes
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
